CA777 Terms and Conditions for Pakistani Members

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and CA777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the CA777 website, mobile platform and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live casino, promotions and the VIP Club.

Your use of any part of the CA777 platform — including simply browsing the site as a registered member — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms are in addition to any specific rules that apply to individual products, promotions or competitions and should be read alongside those specific rules wherever relevant.

2. Eligibility and Registration

• You may only hold one CA777 account. Creating multiple accounts — under the same name, same device, same payment method or same household — is prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and balances voided.

• CA777 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point — at registration, before first withdrawal, or at any time during account activity. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account restriction.
• You must ensure that all contact details linked to your account are kept current. CA777 is not responsible for missed communications sent to outdated contact information.

3. Account Rules and Security

Your CA777 account is personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username, password, and any OTP codes — entirely confidential. CA777 will never contact you by phone, SMS or email to ask for your password or wallet MPIN.

• You must not allow any other person to access or use your CA777 account under any circumstances, including family members.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify CA777 support immediately via live chat. CA777 will temporarily lock the account pending investigation.
• CA777 accounts cannot be transferred, sold or gifted to another person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate closure of both accounts involved.
• CA777 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time without notice where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, misuse of promotions or any other irregular conduct.
• When an account is closed by CA777 for cause, any funds obtained through prohibited conduct will be voided. Funds deposited legitimately and not involved in any prohibited activity will be returned to the originating payment method.

4. Deposits and Payments

All CA777 deposits and transactions are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). CA777 does not charge any platform fee on deposits made through supported payment methods. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside CA777's control and responsibility.

• The minimum deposit amount on CA777 is Rs 100. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and may be reviewed periodically.
• Supported deposit methods include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit cards.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned.
• CA777 deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact CA777 support with your transaction reference number.
• CA777 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit where unusual activity is detected. This is a security measure and is not an accusation of misconduct.
• CA777 does not accept deposits in cash, by cheque or by any means not listed as a supported payment method.

5. Withdrawals

CA777 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals complete in under 15 minutes in the vast majority of cases. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours during non-standard banking hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard maximum withdrawal limits per transaction are determined by your VIP tier and payment method.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. CA777 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to a new or different account.
• Before a first withdrawal is processed, CA777 may require completion of identity verification (KYC). This is standard procedure and is required of all members regardless of withdrawal amount.
• CA777 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Any fees applied by your bank or payment provider are external to CA777 and are not reimbursable.
• Withdrawals will not be processed where a member has an active bonus and has not met the applicable wagering requirement. The bonus must be completed or forfeited before a withdrawal can be initiated.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on CA777, including pre-match, in-play and accumulator bets on cricket, PSL, football and all other sports covered by the platform.

• The minimum single bet stake is Rs 100. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event and account type.
• All bets are final once confirmed. CA777 will not cancel, amend or void a bet due to a member changing their mind after confirmation, regardless of circumstances.
• CA777 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any market, event or selection at any time without notice, including during live in-play events.
• In the event of a match abandonment before a result can be determined, most pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. Specific market rules apply — refer to individual event terms.
• If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets generally stand. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the market rules.
• CA777's odds are set by a professional trading team. We reserve the right to correct any odds that have been published in error before a bet is placed. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds (palpable errors) may be voided at CA777's discretion.
• The cash-out feature is available on selected markets and allows members to settle a bet before the event concludes. Cash-out values are calculated in real time and are final once accepted. CA777 reserves the right to suspend cash-out on any market at any time.

7. Casino and Live Casino Rules

All casino and live casino games available on CA777 are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers. Game rules, RTP (Return to Player) percentages and other technical specifications are governed by the individual game provider. The following general rules apply to all casino activity on CA777.

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games, and by live physical dealing for live casino tables. CA777 does not manipulate outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — server disconnection, game error, network interruption — the game round is voided and any bet placed will be returned. CA777 is not responsible for losses arising from connectivity issues on the member's end.
• CA777 reserves the right to temporarily close or restrict access to any casino game or live table at any time for maintenance, software updates or other operational reasons.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches or unintended game behaviour is prohibited. Winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided and the account may be suspended.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

• Free bets, free spins or other non-cash promotional credits cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from their use (net of the free bet/spin value where applicable) are withdrawable.

9. Fraud and Prohibited Conduct

CA777 has a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, abuse, cheating and any form of conduct designed to gain an unfair advantage. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all funds and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

1. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

3. Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit bonus offers or promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
4. Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods for deposits.
5. Deliberately placing bets on both sides of a market (matched betting on bonuses) to unlock bonus funds without genuine risk.
6. Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
7. Providing false identity information, forged documents or misleading details during KYC verification.
8. Attempting to launder funds through the CA777 platform through structured deposit and withdrawal activity unrelated to genuine wagering.
